    I ordered 5 of one type of tv and 1 outdoor tv. They were supposed to be delivered in 2 days; 10 days later, I was told they would be here between 1-4....we waited until 7, no delivery after being called to confirm I would be here for pickup. THEY WERE NEVER EVEN IN THE WAREHOUSE TO PICK UP! Waited an additional week....no TVS. The outdoor TV was delivered 2 times....horrible damage "in shipment" both times. I ended up cancelling my order. It was the most horrible experience I have ever encountered in trying to buy in a box store locally and not on Amazon or Sam's. But, ordered the outdoor tv from Amazon, it was delivered in 2 days as promised with no broken boxes or screens; bought the other 5 at Sam's Club and no problems whatsoever.
