Love the Membership idea

I had a hour in a half phone conversation with geek squad return services department because Best Buy no longer excepts returns of 32 inch televisions or bigger in store! So you have to wait 2 weeks for a geek squad technician to come to your house and diagnose whats wrong with the TV then wait 2 more weeks for the parts just to have a technician cancel the appointment not once but twice! So the phone rep threatened to cancel my Best Buy Plus Membership!!! All because i was promised a full refund for a TV i bought a little over a year ago! TLC product of coarse! Sure you save 5 or 10 bucks on some products but all the aggravation is not worth it in my opinion so its been canceled.
