This membership is great, gives access to great pricing extended return dates. Geek squad access 247 is great. You cant go wrong getting any of these memberships

The drone I purchased was bad (I would say defective), and I had to return it, and the total return fee was very high, it was close to one-third of the item price. Restocking for $50 is too high. 1) It should not be that much. 2) I am unsure why I had to pay the restocking fee because the product was low quality. I returned it not because I didn't like it (in terms of taste), but because the product is not functioning well mechanically. Basically, it was not functioning well and was defective, although it was not broken. In this case, I should not pay the restocking fee. I also had to sign up for membership to return it, which cost over $50. I felt like I was taken advantage of by Best Buy. Now I am rethinking buying a product at Best Buy.

60 day exchange saved me. Had to exchange dishwasher that had problems after 30 days..was so glad I had BBplus and the rep who handled the transaction was great.

Got this when I purchased my shark air purifier. So far I have save 50 which is the same exact price of this membership. I see tons of things that I can save money one already

The membership is a "Great Deal" if you plan on buying at least 3 Switch games because you will pretty much get it for free. It will be a good thing to have come the holidays!

Being a member doesn’t give you anything worth while unless you’re constant buying items from Beat Buy, which I believe most people aren’t doing. I’d rather have free installation or extended warranties.

I’m still thinking of removing this plan , I don’t know.

Very convenient opportunity to save a little and benefit on high ticket items I was purchasing after buying our home.
