Cancelled Membership

Unlike every other stores that will kept your benefits until the following year, ALL YOUR BENEFITS ARE GONE the same day!!!! AND YOU DONT GET REFUNDED. Talked to an agent online and they tell me to buy a new one. Im not those people telling them you lost a loyal customer but I just don't see myself ever shop at Bestbuy ever again.

Prorated refunds are provided if no services were used while the membership was active. You can certainly cancel closer to the auto-renewal date as the membership requires auto-renewal and this can't be removed. When I signed up the benefits were worthwhile (free installation and takeaway on major appliances, etc). Now, all that's left of value are marginal discounts on items I don't need, and a 60 day return policy. Hardly worth the price of a membership.
