I'm not using a number of bonuses for being a member which makes me questions paying the price tag on it. The sales that I've seen are just regular sales, with lots available but nothing I'm interested in at the time.

Horrible. Spent almost 4 thousand dollars on a TV and sound system with install. No called and no showed on the install even after I had requested geek squad to do it because I knew the third party was no good. I was told I was going to get a free install because I took off work, but the agent would not send me a confirmation. Best Buy had zero regard for my time or my horrible experience with the install. Best part, when I went to go use my price guarantee in the TV I was told it did not count, even though it was on their own website, because it was a third party seller that they advertise for… super disappointed.

First of all I didn’t get Geek services and not much discount on items I shopped.

This is the first time getting the membership so I’m sure it will be great. We have shopped at Best Buy for years now and have never had any complaints.
