Then they don’t even bother to call to cancel the appointment — they just wait until the same day to tell you they have no staff available! With zero consideration and no professionalism, they simply tell you that you’ll have to wait another two or three weeks! Of course, I canceled my purchase — not only because of their total lack of reliability and the “you pay and we’ll deliver whenever we feel like it” attitude, but also because of their awful customer service. We all deserve to be treated better than that!
