I had the best astro headset but they only lasted less than a year. The quality of the audio is noticable but its till a great purcahse.

So far not happy, The salesman said I would get 100.00 dollars back.. never happened. After buying the soundbar two days later its price was lowered by 170 dollars. was not notified about this, but luckily i found it on my own buy checking the website.

I purchased the membership on sale. It would probably be worth it if I used it more. However, I'm a tech guru myself, and can fix/install most things myself. I do appreciate the longer return times, though.

When the store signed me up for this purchased membership they changed my account log in. When I try to log in it does not show that I am a member plus member and doesn’t give me the discounts. I had to call to purchase an order. The woman agent kept reversing the address and spelling order of name I was giving her. Consequently , it was sent to wrong address. Spent 2 days getting best buy to correct address. It resulted in late delivery of package. Major communication fowl ups. I still cannot get my oneline sign in to correct itself and i’m not going on “hold” any longer to your dial up service

Just ok. Not worth the extra fuss. Purchased it thinking it would be decent saving and offers but it’s not. It’s what the old program offered for free that now they make you pay for. Just not worth it in my case.
