Fowled up membership registration and sign in

When I try to log in it does not show that I am a member plus member and doesn’t give me the discounts. I had to call to purchase an order. The woman agent kept reversing the address and spelling order of name I was giving her. Consequently , it was sent to wrong address. Spent 2 days getting best buy to correct address. It resulted in late delivery of package. Major communication fowl ups. I still cannot get my oneline sign in to correct itself and i’m not going on “hold” any longer to your dial up service

Purchased it thinking it would be decent saving and offers but it’s not. It’s what the old program offered for free that now they make you pay for. Just not worth it in my case.
