I found some very good deals with this membership, however I didn't use it enough to renew my membership this year.

It better the the warranty that comes with the product. This save you money on all the products you purchase. It’s like a one for all win win!!

Sold a Best Buy Plus membership. Told if price on item drops within 60 days, will get price adjustment. TV was $ 1899 but on sale of $ 1499. Price dropped to $ 1299. Tried to get the $ 1299 price adjustment but was denied because TV already was on sale. Then how can you pitch this benefit- if it drops within 60 days - if the policy does not apply to a sale item? Then why would I make a tv purchase in late October and early November knowing the holidays are coming? And why would I pay for the membership if it only applies to FULL PRICE items?

Normally, they’re outstanding but my last encounter with online services like I said, don’t know what’s going on. It was very very poor. I recommend you because I know you have a standard that you sit, but my last encounter did not measure up to your standard. Therefore, I just give you two stars

Excellent opportunity for savings and additional customer services from the best in the business.

Wouldn’t allow me to use my 80.00 dollar reward unless I spent over 80.00 before taxes. I wanted a shop vac that was just under 80.00 bucks. I would have had to buy something else that I didn’t want just to get my reward. Then my reward disappeared 2 days before the expiration date. I wasn’t impressed.

Salesman promised a Greek Squad member would come to my home to assess whether my old TV mount would accommodate our new 65" TV. I was led to believe I would get big savings on my purchase by taking advantage of their cash back deal when my purchased item went on sale over black Friday and during Christmas sales. My item, a very popular TV, didn't go on sale. Other perks with my Best Buy Plus plan were useless. The free Sirius radio for several months couldn't be accessed--the link to the page I was led to had an error message, and a free x-box or Nintendo football game were sold out. The worst part of the experience was the lack of communication. There is no phone contact at the local stores. All communication is through the central phone centers and their information was not consistent with what I was told at the local level. I had to visit the local store in person to deal with my issues and got zero help. One rep chuckled when I asked what number I could call to schedule a Greek Squad rep as I was promised. He said that number was the best kept secret of the company. For a thousand dollar plus purchase made at a local brick and mortar store I expected good service. I will rely on Amazon's reliable, customer-friendly service from now on.

I mean I was not a regular bestbuy but in 2023 I made a few major purchases and I thought membership will be a good idea but it really is not. I probably won’t renew it because so far I didn’t get any benefits from it

This membership is great when it comes to getting items on discount. Some discounts are 400-600 dollars off it’s amazing
