They convinced me to purchase making me think if i wasn't satisfied with my product that i could return/ exchange/price match within 60 days. When i tried to return/ exchange the product they told me that product only qualify for 15 days return. So the membership was a waste of money in my part. Also not everything qualifies for the 2 day shipping

While it is true that the membership does offer you a 60-day return period on most products, there are a few exceptions, such as activatable devices like cell phones, cellular tablets, mobile hotspots, and cellular wearables, which all have a 14-day return period.
