A lower price did cime out but I have not been able to get a refund as i cannot log into the app. I called and regardless of the time if day it says the store is closed. I used text tech support and they said they cannot reaet my log in. I have had no lucknreaching a human. I was out of town when the price reduction was posted so unable to go to the store. I feel this is not worth it, if i can i will retun the laptop and buy on Dell site.
