I purchased this at the time when I received my laptop. I was able to save a lot money

For big purchases, this is a no brainer. For 50 you protect yourself for potentially hundreds and it allows for more swapping freedom in a 60 day window.

I love tech and Best Buy feels like a second home especially the Best Buy I go to holland mi they are legit the nicest people I go there so much the supervisor remembers my name definitely feels like a friend almost he’s great and knows so much stuff about everything always quick to help me out in general couldn’t have gotten something better helped me get everything I’ve bought and I’ve bought alot

If I purchased they would transfer my phone for me. Things didn't transfer, messages did not at all, etc. I now have two "phones" neither of which work like the one I had on my last phone. It's a mess. I changed from a Moto G to a Razor. Very disappointed with this service.

Service and new unit setup were excellent,Thankfully, we have had no need of the Geek squad

It comes with perks for lower prices for select items.

I am still learning how it works and will let all know later.

This membership is a great idea cuz I give you two months to price match the product you buy if anybody else comes up with a better price they match it

So far the plan has helped me in finding better prices.

I'm enjoying to have done this membership. The price protection really works and I could receive back when price dropped.

[Employee of bestbuy] All i can say is Best buy plus membership is well worth the purchase, With exclusive savings and special promotions it essentially pays for itself. I recently purchased a gaming monitor i without knowing i received a 50 dollar gift card!? As a thank you bestbuy also rewarded me with an additional $10 dollar reward! I recommend to go in store to purchase plus membership so a store rep can explain in more depth the benefits to the membership.

My purchase was never recorded and when I tried to get help on line and in person at the store, NO ONE COULD HELP. It is IMPOSSIBLE to speak with a human being! I finally asked for a refund. I will never buy from Best Buy again because there are times when a human is necessary.

The membership definitely pays for it's self. I am not an avid best buy shopper as they're not close to home, but even so it's paid for itself twice in maybe 3 months. Plus the extended return window (and kind best buy employees) have saved my butt a ton a hassle

Can't be happier with my membership. In fact, I've managed to save the cost of the membership only after 2 months of acquiring. No regrets, this was something that I will use throughout it's life and well worth the money spent on the Best Buy Plus membership!!

I am not sure if this membership is worth it. So far I have had the option of returning an item beyond the 2 week deadline of a purchase. I did use this option recently. I was able to determine that the item was not suited for my needs. This was a plus but not sure if it was worth the membership. I did have a small discount on another purchase.

The app is great to manage everything. It even has a feature to alert you when your prior purchases go on sale so you can see if it’s now lower than what you paid so you can get a refund for the difference!

I love this program and I will keep renewing it. It saves me money.
