They didn’t even remove all the packaging. They were in such a hurry that they forgot to open the gas line to the dryer and had they tested the appliances before leaving they would have caught that. On top of that they didn’t install the second waterline to the dryer for the steam dry feature. Not only did I not receive that installed part , I was also charged for it. If someone pays for installation then Best Buy needs to do a proper installation! If this is how you treat your paid membership members and Best Buy visa members then I want no part of Best Buy anymore. ABT looks a lot better now. Your customer service desk couldn’t even rectify the problem and didn’t even call me back. You guys are horrible!!!
