I agreed to buy 300 dollar headsets, which were full price, feeling confident I can price match the sell that had just ended. I finally saw the price went back down to 230, when I asked about the price match I was told it was only 60 days and I was on 61. Not a manager or personal over the phone could budge on it. After years of being a customer, this did it for me. There are so many options for electronics, I was shocked they were willing to cut me off with no remorse. Bestbuy was nostalgic to me, I have been a customer years. It was a shame to not have been heard.
