After my old one went out for college, I came here for a replacement. The kid kept asking if we needed this membership or coverage on the laptop and after saying NO 14 times he still signed us up for it and charged us? We couldn’t get that fixed of course no matter what we tried. Then a year later I get an email that they’re renewing this membership?! I tried to get in touch and say we never wanted this in the first place, and we were still charged for the second time. It was a pain in the butt to get in touch with ANYBODY over this and don’t know how they could’ve done this and gotten away with it. Never going back to Best Buy, it’s too much of a pain and not getting scammed again.
