Okay for the price The sales aren't really worth the price unless it's saving you the amount you would pay on something. It needs more benefits.

I got scammed into this membership. After my old one went out for college, I came here for a replacement. The kid kept asking if we needed this membership or coverage on the laptop and after saying NO 14 times he still signed us up for it and charged us? We couldn’t get that fixed of course no matter what we tried. Then a year later I get an email that they’re renewing this membership?! I tried to get in touch and say we never wanted this in the first place, and we were still charged for the second time. It was a pain in the butt to get in touch with ANYBODY over this and don’t know how they could’ve done this and gotten away with it. Never going back to Best Buy, it’s too much of a pain and not getting scammed again.

I am receiving what is included with the membership thus far… the special offers pertaining to members.

Added this to our purchase of computer and related software. Best Buy employee did not attach the membership to our software. When we brought this to their attention. Their response was “sorry, there is nothing we can do” and that we have to repurchase the software a 2nd time if we want to use it as they told us we could the 1st time. Conclusion: 0/10 rating for customer service & major lack of accountability from Best Buy. Good companies make things right when mistakes are made by their employees (intentional or not) they acknowledge they made a mistake yet will not correct their own companies actions. If you want to feel at ease buying a $2,000 computer, I’d buy somewhere else. Hopefully this review helps future customers with their decision making process when making a purchase from here.

So far been new to this membership, there's are great prices for members and discounts. It keeps you spending less and saving more.

I purchased the Best Buy Plus membership with my gaming computer purchase and Microsoft 365 annual membership. Currently, I don't see the benefits of the program but willing to wait it out.

This is by far the best deal in memebership today. The buy 2 Switch games get one free is amazing! 15% off gift cards is fantasic.
