I returned the net day because I had difficulty setting up the items and could not find anyone to help me do this. I also found out that there are no phones in Best Buy stores. I also asked them to cancel my membership. I checked my recent credit card bill and then double checked my receipt and the person credited my account for the items but not for the membership! I want to CANCEL my membership and expect a refund on that cost. I have no intention of buying anything further from Best Buy. I will not deal with a store where I cannot call the store directly. I have bought a lot of items from your store in the past and am disappointed in the poor customer service I received. If I could give it no stars, I would.
