Thearms were not installed correctly. They said someone could come back out and install it correctly and they said it would be two weeks. The people who came out to install were a thirparty company, so they didnt care. They would not schedule correctly. We went down to best buy and they still would not schedule correctly. It is supposed to be only a 15 minute setup. They were here for 2 hours. We had to pay someone else to fix it. No way would i ever recommend Best Buy to come out to install anything, let alone tonal. We contacted Best Buy managers, corporate, and never heard back and it has now been over a month.

It isn't worth a dime
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was told that this membership would automatically double the manufacturer's warranty for anything purchased with this account. When my HP Printer died 2 weeks after the manufacturer's warranty, the local Best Buy said there was nothing they would do. I was told that I could bring it back to the Geek Squad to see if they could fix it, but I would have to make an appointment because they were full for the day. I said to FORGET IT! It isn't worth driving another 21 miles to their store for a future appointment when I needed a working scanner NOW! This is a scam and not worth the money I paid. Best Buy lost a loyal customer of decades. I'll just buy off Amazon and save the trips to the store. Good bye.

Washing dryer nightmare
