They have left us waiting for items to be delivered with no shows plural, no calls, text or emails. I have waited on hold for hours just to be disregard and eventually disconnected when asking for a manager. Not worth your money. Add some to the overall for missed time at work waiting for delivery that will not show. Very poor rating

Pathetic Service leading to personal loss of $300
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased 3 Dell XPS laptops from Best Buy, The first one "Open Box" as auto cancelled from your end. The Second one a "Brand new" was never delivered and the Third one "Open Box" was very old model which was completely different from what i could see on the site images. Such a pathetic service. Not once, twice but three times in a row is a shame. I was using my international credit card for all of these transactions and had to accrue a loss of more than $300 dollars as conversion charges which is a personal loss to me. I you have any ethics and humanity then atleast compensate me for my losses

The only great thing is the 2 day shipping home but the items come in their item box and i have had it destroyed and stolen already
