Your app is horrible

They directed us to what accessories to buy and scheduled geek squad to install starlink and WiFi extenders that we bought also. Day of appointment, the 3rd party installer was early, demanded that we be there early or he would cancel. Wife left work, hurried home. Met installer, he was very rude and said we got the wrong mount (we bought what sales person told us) and all he would install was the antenna and was not his job to walk us through the activation. He left, again rudely, like she inconvenienced his day. Went back to Best Buy, bought new mount, relayed rudeness- manager said “sorry “ and rescheduled with a geek squad person. Day of rescheduling, took morning off of work, got text “be there between 8-12am”, no show, no call. Called 3rd party people who called on Sunday afternoon to confirm, and they said he would be there before 5 pm. Again never showed. Next day, they called and said they would be there by 9 I already took one full unplanned day off, without any call back, could not take another. Went to Best Buy, not even we are sorry
