When I purchased the computer, I was promised a $100 gift card. At the time, there was a promotion offering $25 for every $250 spent, which made this deal worthwhile compared to buying from Amazon. However, to receive the gift card, I had to visit the store at least six times. Each time, the staff member or manager who made the promise was not available, forcing me to make yet another trip. Since there’s no way to call the store directly, I couldn’t verify whether the responsible person was there or not before going.

Not worth it

They took away the elite plus membership which I feel is really wrong because those were your best customers and they reward you for buying everything from Best Buy not anymore they also change the way that the issue you your points now you have to use a Best Buy credit card to get points were in the past you could get points if you paid cash or any other way. This does not seem the right way to reward people for the oil business for many many years. I wish they would bring back the old elite plus membership and the point system back the way it used to be. Best Buy was always are go to for anything. We need at the house from appliances to electronics now we look elsewhere because of the changes.
