This membership is okay, I guess.

Additionally, the reward certificate I received after signing up arrived late and I only had a few days to redeem. I also purchased items from BB because of the membership (free shipping) but did not receive them — they simply cancelled and in one case, kept my reward certificate. I had to go into the store to resolve. I am not planning to renew unless changes are made.
