The prices were different from what was advertised and what i paid for the items purchased.

No Exclusive or extra pokemon

Poor product, bad experience

I tried to get a refund at the store, they said it was only possible online which of course is added friction to reduce the likelihood that a customer actually cancels it. And of course that's what happened with me - I forgot to do it immediately, had an extremely busy time at home and work, and paid for something I didn't want/will likely barely use. The business play here is pretty clear, trying to replicate an easy recurring revenue stream like Amazon Prime, and it's not really consumer friendly and very irritating. Reduces the likelihood I'll use best buy as a first stop.

I attempted to do that and they told me I would get a prorated amount minus the savings that I occurred. However, upon checking, I supposedly saved $200 on a tablet that I bought. When I spoke with the rep online they said that's why I couldn't cancel. However, the price that was listed was the exact same price whether you remember or not. So tell me again, how did I save any money? Extremely disappointed on a service I didn't even want but the rep at the store just automatically added it to my order.
