I go to Best Buy because it is close to where I live and I can view items in the store. However, Best Buy and Geek Squad have THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE of any company I have ever done business with. It is impossible to contact anyone in the store by phone which means I have to personally travel to the store. On the rare occasion when I have finally reached a live person, it is usually someone in the Philippines where, invariably, no one knows anything about anything. I got the membership only because I was attempting to return a defective product and the very short return timeline had passed. Very poor business practice.
