It was sold to me under false pretenses. I was told if I bought the plan it would get me free installation on the new radio and back up camera I had purchased. Once I spoke to the installer at Best Buy. He informed me that installation came free with any pioneer radio purchase. As for the back up camera,, there was an installation fee. It did not matter if I had purchased the plan. I am not a frequent shopper at Best Buy, as I live an hour away and the plan would not benefit me. I want to make it clear that the person who sold me the plan was when I called the 1-800 number. I was not going to drive an hour, purchase the new radio then set an appointment to come back. When I called the number I really wanted to speak to the store directly but that never happened it was the call center, who obviously has no idea what they are talking about. They even failed to mention that additional parts were needed to be purchased to install the new radio. The installer at the store was awesome and explained exactly what I needed and apologized for the uneducated person I spoke to.

After initial purchase discount on a computer, the membership is a Waste of money. We just bought 2-iphones no discount, no added benefits. It paid for itself with savings on initial purchase, since the all we received was a $10 off coupon.
