I asked the chat support and they did not help either, just provided a phone number (i am abroad so cannot call) wont recomend to anyone if they are this bad to support

I ordered two dell 32 inch monitors for 350$ and then before I picked up the monitors they went down in price to 324.99. When I tried to get the price fixed she said she couldn't do it. Then when I returned one of them because it was broken out of the box the employee gave me the sale price refund instead of what I paid. He didn't even ask if I wanted to exchange it, which I did -- the customer is extremely lacking with a majority of employees, and when I tried to get my fair price due I was denied, so the membership is worth bunk
