I went to get a computer and was told of a discount on the purchase if I would sign up for a credit card which I did. At the check out there was no discount but was advised Icould get it on my next purchase. I had to return the pc because It could not be operated a mouse or key noard I was told another story and had to purchase an extended warranty to make an exchange..I left the store with a credit to my card. I paid off the card balance w/o activating it.

Tried to sell me something twice the price. I bought the membership just so i could return something.i have used Best Buy a couple times, this was the worst experience although the young woman who helped me with the membership (pay $50 so i could return something for $250) was pleasant and professional. Seemed like a lot of employees all avoiding customers
