Tried to sell me something twice the price. I bought the membership just so i could return something.i have used Best Buy a couple times, this was the worst experience although the young woman who helped me with the membership (pay $50 so i could return something for $250) was pleasant and professional. Seemed like a lot of employees all avoiding customers

We have our 3rd attempt with a new refrigerator coming this Sat. The doors have not been lining up at all on our new appliance. We accepted the last one, with scheduling an appt. to have it adjusted, and the tech cancelled on us the night before. your company also started my warranty on our item that is broken.

They tend to be untrained and rude to customers that ask specific questions about certain products.
