I never use Geek Squad but it is nice that you get extended return time. There really should be more incentives to buy this.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I bought my TV on 12/29/24, the salesman suggested I buy this membership since I discussed upcoming sale prices on big screen TV's for the Super Bowl. I noticed almost immediately that the price dropped another $100.00. I called to price match and was told they would put through the credit. I never got it. I called a 2nd time because the TV price went down another $100.00 and mentioned my previous call. After more than an hour & 1/2 on the phone and being disconnected three times, I was told I did not qualify for price match because I received the Samsung & free delivery bundles when I purchased the TV and therefore did not qualify for price match. The salesman mislead me about this. I did not need to buy the TV that day but thought I was covered with the price match guarantee. I got $100.00 off the TV that day and it was $300.00 off when I called on 1/25/25.
