They told me to add to cart, which cut off the chat window. I attempted to go through with the purchase only for the online system to say that there was no inventory at this location. I then check my emails and see a link referring to my conversation and that the items were added to my cart. I go ahead and follow the link and the check out process only to have the bestbuy plus membership in the cart. Again, trusting the agent I spoke to I go ahead and buy it thinking that the 5080 graphics card was behind a membership wall only to run into the very same issues. Adding the item to the cart puts me in line to check inventory, and then it claims there is no inventory within 250 miles of selected location.
