??Not quite sold on the membership??

It kept saying that it was not recognized. I called a number and was on hold for about 20 minutes. They told me they couldn’t help me and told me to call a different number. Again, I was on hold For about the same amount of time and they told me they were going to transfer me to someone else. I was on hold for them for another 20 minutes and then I couldn’t hear the person nor could she hear me clearly. I guess it was a bad connection so she hung up. I got absolutely no help and the certificate has expired.

My experience was horrible never have i been thru this its my 2nd 75’ samsung tv but this time i ordered the subwoofer >>> 2 separate shipment i paid for setup but had to wait .. its been months now i was so upset i couldn’t begin to tell you my horrible experience i told the spanish guy i didnt have good credit he insisted i run it anyway so i never got the membership if this rating is just for members well shame on them .. i will never want to shop here again i spent thousands of dollars up front and received horrible service!

Does not extend return window of open box laptops!

While the infamous *asterisk is there, it never goes into full explanation of the service for open box. It does not cover open box laptops. Hence my cancellation of the service. Be forthright in your claims BB.
