I haven’t really used the service,so I can’t really give much of an review.

Best buy gives people the power the chance to chose and helps pricing differentials between lower stress

It is absolutely ridiculous that, when we told the store associate we’d missed the return period due to being out of country for a month, we had to buy this. Your add might as well say “if you miss the return period you can pay a 50 dollar restocking fee…I mean rewards program and we’ll let you return it.” Thanks for allowing me to return it. In the process, congratulations on never seeing me again. Amazon lets me return without bogus crap like this. Shame because it’s nice to have stores to visit and buy in person vice over the computer all the time. Sadly I see Gimics like this, greedy Gimics, that will pay up front while shortening the road to chapter 7. A refund may change my mind, but you all really need to rethink this marketing strategy.

Very unhappy. The price match guarantee promise don't work as advertised. 2 weeks after buying a large screenTV. Best Buy Plus was offering a $50 bonus reward on the TV that I have purchased. Call the 800 line and was told that they can't help and I needed to go to the store. Went to the store and was told they can't process the offer because they don't have the ability to do so. The Experience Manager took down my info and said he will forward it to the escalation team. It's been a week and the Manager haven't heard anything back. Its ridiculous the process is so difficult to a simple thing. I am still waiting to hear back. Most likely I will not renew this membership next year.

The salesperson was very good and informative. He helped during all prosses of my decision.

Joined the plus plan when it first launched. Good rewards and value. 2 months in and Best Buy have removed benefits. Plan is less than it should be. Keep the Nintendo Switch rewards.
