The squad installed my 75 inch Samsung and mounted the wall mount into the mortar with two small screws instead of drilling into the bricks. This resulted in damage to the tv and the wall. The squad wanted to charge me to come out and fix the problem, and I had to hire someone else to do it. To top it off I was informed that I would need to submit a claim to Samsung since the protection plan of $450.00 covers nothing for the first year. Of course Samsung would not cover installation damage due to BB Geek Squad’s failure to properly mount the tv. Other online reviews show similar complaints.
