This membership is a bit of a mixed bag. On the positive side, the extended return window makes purchases less stressful. On the negative side, I rarely find sales or member discounts on items I am actually looking to purchase, which leads me to purchase elsewhere. I really hope they make this membership more appealing as time goes on. Best Buy is a great store, and with technology purchases it can really be beneficial to physically see/hear/interact with a product before buying it, rather than doing a blind online purchase. So, I want Best Buy to do well, I just don't think this paid membership offers enough in return for the cost just yet.

This membership has great value. I used it to purchase software and a computer.

It has its perks. It's beneficial to receive deals before regular customers. However, I would like to receive deals two weeks in advance, rather than a few days. I enjoy the return extension for returning items. I wish it were 90 days to return.

I think I liked this membership because it gives me many benefits, like being able to place my orders more easily.

I used it when I purchased my Chromebook and Android Pixel. Trading in the old Pixel was easy, but it's always been easy - with or without the membership. I don't really need much in the way of electronics. I'm not really even sure why I have the membership or what value it brings? I have an iPad but I can't remember if I purchased it here or at Apple. I think I purchased the membership because my roommate recommended it. Not sure I'd recommend it (there is no 'Maybe', so I chose 'No'), since I really don't know what benefits I receive. I don't really see any deals or discounts that make me notice the value of the membership.

i will be using this product more and more often and I feel it will be like a membership type program

Best Buy Plus membership is worth it for the savings and convenience. Free shipping, exclusive deals, and extended return periods make shopping easier and more flexible. It pays for itself if you shop at Best Buy regularly.

100% worth the membership! At first I was skeptical but I have used it and it has been amazing!

I really appreciated the advice I received from the staff re buying a 75” TV. When I was not happy with my first choice of TV Best Buy picked up the TV and replaced it with a better choice at no cost. Doing that has made me a loyal customer/member.

We bought a 77" OLED Samsung TV along with the Best Buy Plus yearly membership. The membership has already paid for itself and saved us a great deal of angst. Our brand new Samsung TV suddenly died less than 60 days from purchase. date. We called Samsung requesting their assistance. They were sending their service tech, but would not remove the TV from the wall mount. We decided to call Best Buy (BB). They quickly reminded us that we had BB plus membership. They are removing the dead TV and remounting with a new TV.

The Best Buy yearly membership is worth it if you shop electronics often. The exclusive discounts, extended return window, and tech support benefits make it feel like a solid value. It saves money over time and adds convenience for frequent buyers.

I love my membership, I was able to purchase computer software for a discounted price and my membership allowed me to have my car starter purchased and installed for an excellent cost!!

This membership either feels like the greatest deal in history, or no deal at all. There never seems to be an in-between. Occasionally the perfect deal will pop-up and I'll have huge savings, but most of the time I forget about it entirely.

Worth every penny as this membership that has an extended period for returns and on top you would be the first one to know about their exclusive deals and services offered

I like getting protection plans on every purchase.

After being a member for 6 months I can honestly say the membership is worth it. 60 day return policy and free shipping are the highlights. They also come out with a lot of member pricing and rewards so you can get your value back easily. Bestbuy also has an easy price match policy against stated competitors so if you find it cheaper within the 60 return window you can get a refund through a 10 minute online chat.

This is nice to have again but I paid $49.99 instead of $29.99

I like the plus membership cause you get deals that aren't available otherwise, and i like the flash deals. Its definitely a money saver.
