I don't want geek squad service, and ever since rewards points were taken away for non-subscribing, non-credit card customers I've shopped at Best Buy way less. The only reason I signed up for this subscription is that it lowered the price of a laptop more than the cost of the subscription. Enough with this anti-consumer BS. I've been a loyal Best Buy shopper for years, but this subscription sucks and makes it that much easier to just take my business to Amazon (who typically has the same prices as Best Buy's members only discounts anyway).
