||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The salesman convinced us to get the membership with our refrigerator purchase for the perk of price match where we would be reimbursed if our fridge went on sale. We watched the sales and came back within the window of time to get our $100 reimbursement because the price had dropped. They refused to honor it because our purchase included delivery and that somehow voided this perk. The same salesman who sold us the fridge and the membership set up the delivery at the same time. Total rip off.

No customer service and to be sure there is no way to contact the store or sales person! Also no purchase date on my receipt! Won’t do business with Besy Buy again.

I signed up for a Best Buy card to get the (at the time) 15% rewards credits on some major purchases. My initial purchase was two items that exceeded my $5k credit limit by a few hundred dollars. When I picked up the camera I paid $2000 cash to bring the balance down below the credit limit but instead of issuing the lens to me they canceled the order on the lens and screwed me out of the 15% rewards to the standard 5% (more than a $200 difference). When I called to try and get someone on the phone to correct this I got a person that talked me into this “Plus Membership” for $50 saying “it will help get the rewards department associate to fix the 15% issue and I guarantee you will get this money back on future purchases!” Well, they never fixed the loss of rewards credits and $3k more spent without any kickbacks for being a “Plus Member”. From my experience I don’t suggest this membership
