However, we do not purchase much from Beat Buy so it is no bargain for us to continue using it. We tried to cancel But have not been able to confirm it has happened.

Purchased many items here over the years. We bought a wall hanging system for the flat screen we bought here. We were having some work done at the house. We decided NOT to hang the TV after all. Still in original package. I could either keep the $200 plus hanging system or cough up $50 to join this group. $150 back is better than nothing. Lousy way to treat a customer who has purchased many things. Will not be back in the future.
