Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My husband was told by a customer service representative that purchasing the Plus Membership would grant him early access to a computer part he was interested in purchasing - this just wasn’t true. Rather than arguing and trying to get a refund we decided to keep it. The next time we were in store, we couldn’t use the benefits for the extended warranty and the representative couldn’t really explain why. I thought about asking to speak with a manager about the situation, but honestly I was just over it. I’m sure there are benefits with it, but so far it’s just been a wasted fifty bucks.
