The basic membership plan is fair for the price, although some protection on certian items is more than it should be.

My husband and are gamers!!! We are always replacing remotes!!! This warranty is a game changer!

Never had this membership, but this time around we were buying an expensive TV and kind of talked into getting in. Little did we know about 40 days later the tv reduced over 500, and when we notified them, were immediately given a refund for the difference. Luckily the plus membership gave us the extra days and paid for itself plus!

BB Plus is nice and the no interest is good but would be great if as long as you pay before the year is up for example instead of paying every month as long as you pay before the year is up no interest, I mean I want to pay maybe every 2months or 3 months still no interest and i do it before my year is up and im in good standing it should not effect my credit rating

Very worth it for deals, price matching, and extended return times. Has saved me a lot of money. Very happy the Best Buy employees convinced me to get this. Now the membership just keeps bringing me back in to buy more stuff because of all the deals

Some item discounts have been more than worth the value. The one thing that would improve this membership would be some sort of priority queue as a member for certain item releases and drops so that you can mitigate bots and other scalpers.

The low price guarantee has come in handy as I received a refund for the price difference when the items I purchased went on sale after I purchased them. Good customer service perk.

I recouped the cost of this membership with just one price match guarantee.

I guess this is OK, but honestly they used to give these features or benefits away for nothing to customers who passed certain spending thresholds each year. I purchased this membership exclusively for the extended return policy.

I recently purchased a new TV. I went in to the Merrillville, Indiana store and was met buy the Samsung rep. He was very helpful and we walked away with a great deal on the TV I wanted.

I love the 2-day shipping I have used about once a month since I have upgraded.the extended 60 day returns are also nice instead of 14.

Will be back to buy again, the staff are so helpful and kind.

Best Buy Membership was the best purchase I made. The warranty coverage for your products is the deal anyone can get. It gives peace of mind, allows for many perks and well worth the price for the year. With geek Squad assistant, repairs, and protection plan, you cant go wrong. Also has other benefits that I haven't used yet. This membership is definitely a keeper.

It was suggested I buy the membership in order to get a better discount price for the purchase of my TV. It worked and I git a better oruce for my TV. However, I didn’t get a better price when trying to buy other electronics.

The membership provides great benefits and protection for my products. It also gives me member discounts and the extended return period which is very useful.

I have been nicely surprised getting little gift cards of like $10 back after making a purchase. I love the additional 60 day time frame of when an item goes on sale to get a price match. This has worked in my favor twice since I purchased the membership. Has been worth the yearly fee to me.

The cashier that signed me up for this did so by adding it to my purchase without my consent then acting indignant when I inquired why my purchase was more expensive than I was expecting. I let it go through because I knew they'd do this every time I go in until I accepted the offer so it was essentially paying $30 bucks to stop being harassed. The cashier informed me that I would start accumulating rewards points by being a member though that could be used to get money off future orders. Here's the problem... 100% of the transactions since I was forcibly signed up ended with the cashiers refusing to input my customer info so I could start accumulating rewards points. So in short, they will all but force you to sign up for this and then refuse to honor its benefits. Scumbag tier.
