||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best buy had "everyday offers", that were available to the plus and total tech members which are both paid memberships. They at random and at will remove them on any day they see fit without warning. They used to have an "everyday offer" where you could buy 2 Nintendo switch games and get one free, for months, then with out warning then removed it and it was no longer available as of 10/02/23. Note: it was available on 10/01/23. I waited a month to see if they would return in November, they did not. I reached out to Best Buy customer service and they said that "everyday offers" were removed and they don't know why. They were just removed. I could not get any help on them honoring the everyday offer. I think that this is extremely misleading and false advertisement. My question is how is an "everyday offer" not available everyday?! If I didn't already pay for the year in the summer I would have asked for a refund. Very disappointing especially with the holidays approaching and the competitors are offering better value else where.

Not only did I not get any value from this membership, but Best Buy also refused to refund the full purchase price to me when I cancelled within the first 60 days. I never would have purchased this, even on a trial basis, if they had not promised full cancellation with 60 days, so I feel completely ripped off by this scam purchase. On the off chance that this review is published, BUYER BEWARE! Stay away from this product and do not believe the lies they're telling you about cancellation within 60 days.
