||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this membership when it was $40 with a $40 cashback reward when you use the card within the next 30 days I met all the guidelines and requirements I did not receive my $40 reward calling the VIP customer service line is a nightmare I’d rather deal with the police not satisfied at all with this do not recommend when calling to bring up the issue the agent on the phone instead of letting me speak to a supervisor as I requested told me he was the CEO of Best Buy and hung up on me

I was sold on this membership based on the idea i would get a "call" if my TV price dropped. I was also told new TVs come on late spring and I'm basically guaranteed my price will drop paying for my membership and the some. I was told this not only by my sales rep, but a manager as well. I'm now 6 months into my purchase and not once had my TV dropped below my purchase price (that I'm aware of). Based on my experience and the false promises i was given, I'd advise anyone against this plan

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got it for a purchase i made, but to be honest i dont see any benifit if you purchase the membership, i have bought a few things and only got a 25$ certificate, not to mention i have bought 2 galaxy 24 ultras and did not get any rewards or certificate, spent around 2.5k on them but no rewards and did not got any discount on the phones
