Got $250 in credits for buying thousands of dollars of electronics. Then used it to buy other items. Best Buy damaged that purchase in shipping and would not replace the $250 in credits into my account. One and done on use even though it was their mistake damaging an item that never even made it to my doorstep. Pure and simple theft from their customer to them. Several hours on the phone and promised of replacing the credits have not done anything. Run away from these people. There are so many alternative businesses to provide products these days.

The delivery was not delivered the day that was set up for it, which was OK. But then when the order arrived at the local store, it could not be delivered when I was home so I had to go pick it up on another day. Not insurmountable because store is not that far away, but annoying because I paid for Best Buy Plus but have received little or no benefit from it.
