First all the salesman’s sold me an electric dryer when I needed a gas They delivered the wrong dryer twice My experience with customer service was worse half the staff speak and indecipherable tongue if English. Then the refrigerator delivery has been put off at least three times. And still hasn’t been delivered. I spent over $200 in Uber fees with em going back and for the waiting for the wrong delivery. Nothing went right. I doubt I’ll ever buy anything from you again

I didn’t want to buy this membership, and I told your team members as much. But I was shown and told two day shipping on my item (I got my item 15 days from the day I placed my order in store), and that your “rotating sales would come back around” and I would “save more than I spent on the membership on this product alone” (the price went up by over $100). One mistake can be forgiven, so do your customers the favor of promoting honest business practices over meeting quotas.
