I didn’t want to buy this membership, and I told your team members as much. But I was shown and told two day shipping on my item (I got my item 15 days from the day I placed my order in store), and that your “rotating sales would come back around” and I would “save more than I spent on the membership on this product alone” (the price went up by over $100). One mistake can be forgiven, so do your customers the favor of promoting honest business practices over meeting quotas.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unfortunately I never got to experience the membership as a desired or wanting membership I was tricked into buying the membership in order to get my jackery two days after my order didn't work like that I didn't get it till 4 days after my order so I had to cancel it because I'm disabled I can't afford to pay for something I wasn't searching or wanting they did give me my refund back which is wonderful took four different customer service gifts to which which were supervisors but I guess if I would have been able to purchase it maybe on my own accord because I desired it instead of being manipulated into it sounds like a great membership

This is a feeble attempt to copy Amazon's online structure, but I'd rather purchase in-store to get the item(s) on the same day. Even their "exclusive member prices, deals and offers" are ridiculous. Their discounted prices are still higher than MSRP or can be found on competitor websites for less. I was never invited for "exclusive sales, events or products". The only possible benefit is the "extended 60-day return window" but even THAT is for "most products" with an asterisks.
