||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Refrigerator delivery/install/haul away team abandoned our appointment with excuse that they couldn’t get the water valve turned off to haul away our old refrigerator. While they headed back to truck to ‘get WD-40 to spray for another attempt’ we successfully turned the valve off as they walked out. Instead of returning they simply got in their truck and took off with our front door still left wide open. Bought this through Pacific and they didn’t care with no further follow up. Canceled the entire order and bought elsewhere. Superior service this is NOT!

It was never explained how to use this benefit, nor have I been able to find anyone at the brick-and-mortar store that is willing or able to explain how I should use my Best Buy Plus Membership. In my opinion this is a money take and is useless as far as I can tell... Do yourself a favor, don't purchase this membership; it is not worth buying. Thank you, Bruce

At day 62 was told I missed their price drop guarantee by 2 days. Shame on me for not reading the fine print. Shame on them for misleading me. What should have been a good loyalty program had the opposite effect.
