If you run into any issues be prepared for the employees to not know anything and to say call customer support and wait 40-62mins on the phone with said customer support for them all to say they also don’t know and they will call you back (plot twist they did not call me back). Chat is the best way to reach customer support.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Was forced to purchase to return an unopend item one day past the return policy that went directly back on the shelf same day. The first two stores I took it to didn't even offer this as an option and told me to pound sand, the manager at the Evanston Best Buy was particularly rude about it. The third location in Chicago on Elston suggested the purchase of the membership to facilitate the return, this seems to be tied to some sort of draconian KPI you put on your own employees about return policy exceptions even though there is clearly a simple return policy override button on their screen that is clearly visible to me as the customer that they are terrified to press without the sale of a membership.
