As suspected it turned out that it cost me. I had horrible experience with TV bought. Returned it. Got only part of my membership fee back. At end there were obvious mistakes done and I ended up paying more for what I bought that if I would have never joined. Now you have a turned off customer who unlikely will ever step in a Best Buy again

I was promised inside track information on early sales perks and promotions and discounts and have yet to receive any, although I have made 3 purchases on electronic devices including a 75 inch flat screen TV. It appears to be a total waste of money. Time will tell if I will renew my membership.
