Terrible service

After several phone calls and several hours wasted It was determined that I had two accounts. Was told it was merged and accounts would be updated. After almost a year I got an email notification that renewal would automatically be charged and low and behold I can’t log in to the account that will be charged to cancel the subscription.

I live in Brazil,I should not have hired It when I was in USA. It was not useful for me. The seller offered me and I accepted. But I really didn't use It in Brazil.
