A year ago I got my Best Buy Card and I bought some Sonos speakers for my entire home and my yard. I was skeptical about the sound quality and how effective they would be in such large spaces. The Vest Buy representative was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about this product line and guided me through my purchase. I loved the service I got at Best Buy and the quality of the Sonos speakers so much, I bought some Sonos speakers for my son this year, as a present. He loves them too. I would highly recommend Best Buy to anyone looking for one of their product offerings.

I was able to get notified about 1 product and it was reserved for 24 hours. That was REALLY cool! But it only happened once. I wish it was more common.

The price drop feature alone paid for the program. Buy without worry, add a price drop alert in the Best Buy app, and receive the difference. Great for buying big ticket items while they’re in stock prior to it going on sale.

In May, I purchased a new Apple TV. One of the Best Buy associates sold me on getting a Best Buy Plus membership. A few weeks later, there was a sale on Apple items. It included the Apple TV. The price was the same, but now it included a free remote control holder. I knew I would have to go to the store to acquire it. The store is pretty far away, but it gave me a good excuse to have lunch with my daughter. I talked to a couple of the associates there. They said I would have to return my Apple TV and then buy a new one. I told them that didn't make any sense because then they would lose money on the deal. They would have an open box item that they couldn't sell for the same price. I told them that I lived far away and it was the last day of the sale. I insisted on talking to a manager. I know sometimes regular employees have to tow the line, but I knew a manager could help. It took a few minutes for them to get a manager out for me. However, he was very accommodating. He said all he needed was the serial number of the device I purchased. We were able to locate it. He did a little manipulation on the computer to show that I had returned it, and then immediately repurchased it. He gave me the remote control holder. I know not all companies allow their lower-tier employees to do what is necessary to make a customer happy, but they should. Many years ago, my second job was working for La Quinta Inns. I don't know if it's still the case, but at that time, they gave the desk clerks authority to do whatever it took to make a customer happy, even if they had to give them the room free for the night. Just a little something to think about because I'm sure some corporate person will see this. So anyway, I have already recouped $10 of my $50 membership fee, with 11 months to go. I'm always watching the emails for specials. I'm probably going to need a new vacuum cleaner before too long and may have to replace my old dryer. I expect that my membership will help with those two items, if necessary.

I am so glad we chose this membership! The laptop I purchase went on sale $250 less than what I paid for it. Which paid for getting the discount discounted rate plus $50. And then again we bought a television set under the same program and it also went on sale and we were able to get refunded for that amount.

The product is truly amazing, it is the one i really wanted with all the features i have been wanting to have and to use. Quality wise is absolutely guaranteed.

They also made sure that the refrigerator did not get scratched. James informed me how long it would take to get cold. I am very pleased that these two guys helped me. I have had other experiences where the delivery people did not know how to put my items together, and there was a language barrier that prevented me from explaining what was wrong. Service person got me with this Me and my daughter went there lookin to get a prismatic pokemon etb since all these scalpers are reselling for rediculous prices he stated customers with the yearly memebership get priority pre order for an etb im guessing he lied because ive received no notifications for it so for what its worth guess its ok.
