I like the Best Buy Plus option of being able to take advantage of an item we had purchased and then after it goes on sale. We were pleasantly pleased with the money received after the laptop we had purchased went on sale. We are hopeful of doing the same as we just purchased two TVs and I will be watching to see if they might be going on sale soon. I have shared this information with family and friends also. Always nice to be able to save some money even after the fact! Thank you Best Buy Plus!

purchased My Best Buy Plus because two different Best Buy employees told me it would help me receive exclusive product invites and improve my chances of purchasing high-demand items. That was the main reason I paid for this membership. Months later, I still haven’t received a single invite. It feels like I was misled into buying a service that hasn’t delivered the benefits I was promised. I enjoy shopping at Best Buy and have no complaints about the products or the store itself, but I regret purchasing this membership based on the information I was given. If exclusive invites aren’t guaranteed or are extremely limited, that should be made clear instead of being presented as a reason to buy the membership.

TV screen goes to idle mode while streaming YouTube and some other show. Auto AI function doesn't work properly with change in light, always too dim. Picture quality is not bad.

You can easily make your money back, but price matching can be difficult to obtain. There has been a lot of caveats they say are no problem to get you to sign up, but then are difficult for them to honor afterwards.

Membership is a really good deal if you shop at BestBuy! Combine it with their door-buster deals and you’ll even get more discounts! Always ask if there is an on-going promotion and their associates will even stack it either to your yearly membership or purchase.

My Best Buy membership was real great deal when purchasing my TV with bonuses and discounts. It also gives you peace of mind when purchasing items.

I think I barely broke even last year. Free 2-day shipping and a longer return window is nice. The specially priced item is great if looking for that item.

The Samsung 65” OLED TV I purchased is incredible. When I arrived at the store I didn’t know which brand I wanted and the salesperson educated me about my options and recommended the Samsung because there are lots of windows in my house and the TV I chose didn’t have any glare.
